Pete Miller

Pete Miller CTA (Fellow): Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax. Pete is a specialist in all aspects of M&A tax and lead author of Taxation of Company Reorganisations (Bloomsbury Professional, 6th edition, September 2020). He spent 10 years with the Inland Revenue as a tax inspector, specialising in M&A transactions, and 11 years with Big 4 firms. Pete ran his own M&A tax practice for 11 years, helping other professional advisers with their clients' tax issues, before merging with Jerroms. He is a member of the editorial board of Simons Taxes and he is the General Editor of Whiteman & Sherry on Capital Gains Tax and of Whiteman & Sherry on Income Tax.
